Placed on the labor market, the responsibility of all



Inserted in the labor market is a great challenge, not only because it is a new target to face but also because it tests everything learned during years of study.
Almost fourteen years of study at school. Another five, on average, at an institution of higher education. And perhaps a few others doing a  postgraduate ( diploma and workshops , master of education such as specialization,  etc.. ). All these different delivery patterns and contributions to the professional development of the individual.
However, after graduating young people do they have the ability to find employment for college graduates?
Universities and professional institutes have an outstanding debt to those who, year after year, they fill their classrooms to study what they expect to exercise throughout life. For not only must train as professionals but also will give them the tools to address the labor market in an integrated manner and avoid their hopes and dreams fade because they find a job for young inexperienced or conditions are not what they expected.
So the role of institutions responsible for education is crucial. Not only because they teach subjects or dictate chairs, but also because they form the human capital of the organizations of tomorrow.

The challenge for those who already titled or chose a career and market conditions are adverse to achieve their goals and objectives outlined to develop those soft skills that will make a difference over peers and gain ground running when a process selection for a job for professionals .
It is important that people just titled, show, and a solid general education, a great capacity to learn, apply knowledge, to adapt to new situations and equipment, exhibit interpersonal skills and be creative and self-critical.
Being socially committed and willing to donate time to help those most in need are also characteristics that describe certain personality traits that may be of great contribution to a post. Keep in mind that when demand is high, firms choose the candidate most complete and you have all the necessary skills to be a real contribution to the organization.
