First, due to current market conditions of work , where there are many professionals who opt for a particular position, it is necessary to achieve  the best candidate .To achieve this, is critical "knowledge  sell ", so it's obvious that you one must know himself perfectly. Like when marketing a product or service, the better you know your strengths, weaknesses, etc, there will be more likely to get our potential customer, purchase the product or service we offer.
